Instructions:

Using large, sharp kitchen knife, cut top off pineapple about 1/2- to 1-inch down
Save pineapple top, can dry it outside for 2 days, then plant it to grow new pineapple plant (grown in warmer/tropical climes)
Use knife to cut about 1/2- to 1-inch off bottom of pineapple
Leaves with two flat ends
Position pineapple slices on top of pineapple, making sure properly align central tube with pineapple core
Applying downward pressure, turn slicer handle clockwise
Continue turning pineapple slicer handle clockwise until reach bottom of pineapple
Pull slicer upward to remove sliced pineapple rings
