Overview

Full-automatic flap disc machine is a machine that can realize fully automatic and efficient production. As the third generation of automatic louver disc machine, it was specially developed for the production of abrasive louver discs and non-woven louver discs. It can automatically take off the backing paper, detect the backing paper, automatically quantitatively glue, cut and place the skin flap, reshape, and automatically take the finished skin flap. The flaps produced by this machine are evenly arranged and of stable quality. Under single operation, the machine can produce 6000pcs in 8 hours.

● The humanized mechanical structure design makes the valve release and the pressure plate integrated into one for easy operation. The machine has a high degree of automation and can be easily completed by a single person.

● Full-automatic flap disc machine adopts imported servo motor and driver, with stable operation and high production efficiency. The speed is 3.7~4 seconds per plate.

● The driving part adopts international famous brand linear guide rail, high-speed servo motor and reducer, which can accurately respond to micro-displacement and feed.

● It uses international well-known brand electrical components and industrial-grade control system, with perfect functions and stable performance.

● It is equipped with a rotary multi-station turntable mechanism, with smooth and smooth position conversion, accurate positioning and high efficiency.

● The machine adopts the photoelectric switch of the international famous brand to detect the backing paper and sandpaper, and automatically passes through the backing paper work station and the adhesive-free backing paper, which is stable and accurate.

● The machine has high material utilization rate. The amount of glue and the length and quantity of sealing can be freely set.
